Launched as a joint initiative by some of Brazil's largest retail companies, Stix was born with the proposal to create a unified loyalty ecosystem, allowing consumers to accumulate and use points across different brands within a single platform. Bringing together partners such as Pão de Açúcar, Extra, RaiaDrogasil, C&A, Shell Box and various other program participants, the challenge went far beyond technology: it was necessary to transform a complex system of rules, benefits, partners and journeys into a simple, intuitive and pleasant experience for millions of users. In a digital product of this nature, the quality of user experience becomes one of the main factors to stimulate engagement, increase usage frequency and strengthen the perceived value of the loyalty program.
It was in this context that Sandro Bianco, through SB\Design, was invited by NTT DATA, the partner responsible for the project's development, to bring the application's high-fidelity prototype to life. Based on the architecture conceived by the project team, Sandro transformed flows, wireframes and functional definitions into a consistent, navigable interface ready for validation with business and development teams. The work involved organizing information architecture, defining visual hierarchy, building navigation flows, designing the interface, refining UX/UI components and complete prototyping in Figma, allowing precise simulation of the entire user journey, from onboarding to point accumulation, consultation and redemption. The project also included the organization of the Design System, interaction states, screen navigation and validation of different usage scenarios, bringing product, technology and business teams together through a functional prototype capable of reducing development risks.
For SB\Design, this project represents a clear demonstration of Sandro Bianco's ability to work on highly complex digital products, organizing large volumes of information into simple, efficient interfaces centered on people. More than designing screens, the work consisted of structuring complete digital experiences, connecting product strategy, information architecture, UX Design, UI Design and prototyping into a single system. This approach reinforces one of SB\Design's main specialties: transforming complex processes into intuitive digital experiences for large companies, fintechs, service platforms and large-scale applications. The Stix project demonstrates Sandro Bianco's experience in creating applications, digital products and interfaces for corporate ecosystems, consolidating his positioning as a specialist in UX Design, UI Design, Information Architecture, Figma Prototyping and digital experience development for large organizations.
