The pet market has ceased to be merely a consumer segment to become one of the most dynamic industries in the world. Brazil now occupies a position among the largest global markets for products and services for dogs and cats, driven by the humanization of pets and consumers who have come to value design, sustainability, ergonomics and quality as much as in products for personal use. In this context, Boske was born, a Brazilian brand created to develop products that unite industrial design, functionality and environmental responsibility. Its first collection presents solutions such as the Sekoia feeder, toys and accessories conceived to integrate into contemporary environments without compromising animal welfare. In a highly competitive market, where thousands of products compete for attention on marketplaces, selling an innovative proposition requires much more than a good product: it requires a digital experience capable of explaining, demonstrating and justifying every detail of the project.
That was precisely the challenge developed by SB\Design. Invited by agency ONE, responsible for the brand's strategy and project management with the client, Sandro Bianco was responsible for the complete conception of Boske's e-commerce. Far beyond designing a virtual store, the project was structured to transform technical attributes into sales arguments. The experience was built on a carefully planned information architecture, combining UX Design, UI Design, visual narrative and strong content production. Three-dimensional models, 360° visualization, color combinations, hyper-realistic images, demonstrative videos, animations and contextual photography were integrated to allow consumers to understand each product before even the first physical contact. Resources such as high-definition renderings, usage demonstrations, explanations of recyclable materials, ergonomic differentials and functional benefits transformed the e-commerce into a true education and conversion platform. In categories where consumers are still unfamiliar with the product, content becomes an essential part of the shopping experience, reducing objections and increasing perceived value.
For SB\Design, this project reinforces one of Sandro Bianco's core competencies: creating e-commerces capable of connecting branding, product design, user experience and commercial performance in a single digital ecosystem. Throughout his trajectory, Sandro has developed digital platforms for brands across different segments, always starting from the principle that an e-commerce should function as an extension of brand strategy rather than merely as a sales channel. In the case of Boske, this approach was fundamental to communicating an innovative product that needed to be presented in a clear, emotional and highly visual manner. The result demonstrates SB\Design's ability to develop digital experiences for design-oriented brands, integrating art direction, UX, UI, information architecture and storytelling to create platforms that inform, delight and convert. In a market where product design is a competitive differential, e-commerce design becomes equally strategic to transform innovation into business.
